and im still injured...

and im getting annoyed but i know that to treat this i need patience and Vitor (the therapist) around...

so not much to say other than weather has been miserable and riding/running wouldnt be that much fun.

What i really wanted with this post is to show my new World record. I did it again, eating a rice cake in less than 1 min is indeed possible and i have done it again this time with a jumbo size cake.

i waited too long (about 2 months)to have this footage, thank you Sedi :P
