not quite but i was abble to jog in the grass 15min once and 20 min yesterday, will jog 25 today and try to have this issue solved for good.
i have been swimming and riding a few decent miles but i really want to get over this injury and prepare something for racing.
meanwhile i have been trying to organize a sunday group ride and was actually sucessfull with more than 30 guys riding. i have been posting the courses at the lusobike blog but will do here too for the portuguese that follow my blog and any foreigners that could be around (it wouldnt be the first time)
